With well-thought-out event management, we create direct points of contact between Kleinanzeigen and real estate professionals and position the company as one of the leading platform providers in the industry.

Our approach follows a clear compass: creating proximity to real estate agents. As an experienced event management agency, we place the brand where agents can be found: at B2B industry events. Through participation and presence at conferences with eye-catching stand concepts, speeches on stage, sponsorships, and community activation, we create a closer bond between the brand and the target group.

We develop flexible and sustainable trade fair appearances, manage speaking opportunities at various events, and enter into partnerships with the most important associations in the real estate industry – for a dialogue on equal terms. At the IVD's "Immobilientag" trade congress, Kleinanzeigen has been the main sponsor for several years as well as host of the ImmoNight evening event, which we are planning and designing since 2022.

The MeetUp series we developed for real estate professionals ensures online engagement. Since spring 2020, we have been coordinating webinars on various topics relevant to real estate agents, from creating exposés to self-marketing. These live events promote interaction and deepen brand loyalty in the long term. The digital formats perfectly complement our on-site event organization and create a holistic brand experience.

Measurable success through professional event management

Through our events, we connect Kleinanzeigen with over 30,000 contacts annually. This allowed us to establish the company as a major player in the real estate portal landscape. In 2023, Kleinanzeigen surpassed the milestone of 9,000 B2B customers in the real estate category. The monthly meetups on real estate topics attract up to 500 registrations and continuously strengthen the loyalty of these existing customers to the Kleinanzeigen brand.
